This is the second time the Tribunal has considered this appeal against a decision of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (“the FTT”) made on 27 January 2020. The Tribunal’s first decision was made after written representations, without a hearing, on 17 March 2021, and has the neutral citation reference [2021] UKUT 60 (LC) (“the March 2021 decision”). The Tribunal dismissed the appeal on that occasion.
