At the hearing of the reference the claimant was represented by James Pereira KC and the respondent by Alexander Booth KC.
Evidence was given on behalf of the claimant by Mrs. Sarah Ramsbottom, Managing Director of Castlefield Estates Ltd (the claimant’s parent company), and on behalf of the respondent by Mr. Khalid El-Rayes, a Project Manager for the scheme since 2015.
