In summary, my decision on costs is as follows:

(1)

The Respondents must pay 75% of the Appellant’s FTT Costs, summarily assessed in the sum of £7,993.42 (£10,657.90 x 75%), such sum to be paid by 19^th August 2024.

(2)

The Respondents must pay the Appellants’ FTT costs, summarily assessed in the sum of £14,565, such sum to be paid by 19^th August 2024.

(3)

There is to be no order as to costs in relation to the Costs Hearing.
