It is not apparent from details submitted with the planning application for the conversion scheme whether the existing close boarded fence which screens visibility of the existing buildings would be retained or removed. It seems likely that it would be removed, to open up the site and the grounds in the same way as for the redevelopment scheme, however there is no planting or landscaping scheme associated with the conversion scheme.
