I am determining these three appeals together because, they each raise the same issue, that is, whether the First-tier Tribunal, Property Chamber (FTT) had jurisdiction to determine a rent under sections 13 and 14, Housing Act 1988 where the parties’ tenancy agreement included a contractual rent review clause which entitled the landlord to increase the rent.
The appeals have each been determined on written representations provided by the parties.
