This is an appeal from a decision of the First-tier Tribunal to appoint a manager of the appellant’s property pursuant to section 24 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, on the application of the respondent who holds a long lease of a flat in the property.
The appellant was represented in the appeal by Ms Katie Gray and the respondent by Mr Anthony Verduyn, both of counsel, to whom I am grateful; both also appeared in the FTT.
