Introduction
This is an appeal from an order of the First-tier Tribunal (“the FTT”) under paragraph 5A of Schedule 11 to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, made following its decision about whether service charges demanded of the appellants were payable in its jurisdiction under section 27A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
