III - Remaining grounds of appeal
III - Remaining grounds of appeal
The Appellant has been granted permission to appeal on the following grounds:
Section 21A of the 2003 Act. The Judge was incorrect in ruling that the Appellant’s extradition for the AW2(i) offence was not disproportionate under section 21A.
Article 8 ECHR. Extradition would constitute a disproportionate interference with the appellant’s right to respect for his private and family life contrary to article 8 and the Judge’s conclusion to the contrary was incorrect.
