Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia
The Appellant suffers from severe fibromyalgia which is a poorly understood condition, with symptoms of generalised pain, tenderness, severe fatigue, reduced cognitive performance and poor sleep. The condition is most likely to reflect the Appellant’s mental health and state of mind. Extradition will make the condition worse (Dr Schreiber, a Consultant rheumatologist dated 14 August 2024).
