There is only one ground of appeal, namely that:
“… the Court erred in law in finding that, as a matter of interpretation of paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 6 to the Electricity Act 1989, where an electricity supplier is supplying premises without an agreed contract and there are multiple, unrelated occupiers of the premises, those occupiers (and not the owner of the premises) are the subject matter of a deemed contract with the electricity supplier.”
