As noted, there is no evidence as to the signing of the 2015 will. Damsons’ record of Sheila’s instructions shows that she intended to leave her entire estate to Mr Quinn. The will achieves that. It is not a complicated document, and is not difficult to understand. It is in my judgment, inconceivable that Sheila did not know what was in the will when she signed it, and what its effect would be.
