The present case
5.In the present case, the issue arises in relation to the draft judgment in which I set out my reasons for finding in favour of the Claimants (“Match”) in relation to their claims of trade mark infringement and passing off. 6.The draft judgment was sent to the parties by email on 12th April 2022 with the following emboldened heading:
