Confidentiality
Confidentiality
I made a confidentiality order in relation to a confidential bundle of documents provided by both sides. Much of it was not actually confidential, including because it had been included in non-confidential evidence. If an ongoing confidentiality order is to be requested after trial, it would be helpful for the parties to narrow it to those documents (or parts of documents) which are truly confidential.
