For the hearing I was provided with digital and paper copies of the core bundles (3 lever arch files) and the documents bundles (3 lever arch files). I was provided with two skeleton opening submissions and one written set of closing submissions. During the trial the Claimant produced some mobile phone screen shots and the Defendant provided some accident statistics from Lapland. An agreed site plan was also provided.
