Subject only to Clause 33 (Force Majeure) this Schedule specifies:
the circumstances and terms on which PFIC may be, and in certain circumstances shall be, granted relief from its obligations specified in Clause 15.1 and otherwise in this Agreement; and
the circumstances and terms on which changes can be, and in some circumstances shall be, made to the Service Requirements, the quality, quantity or method of delivery of the Flood Defence Services, the Works or the Project (a “Change”)
