Compelling and Compassionate Circumstances
There may be exceptional circumstances in an individual case where it would not be appropriate to revoke a person’s indefinite leave, notwithstanding the fact that they appear to fall within the remit of this policy. Examples might include, but are not limited to, persons with serious mental health issues, victims of human trafficking or victims of domestic violence. Each case must be considered on its individual merits.’ 43.
