The appellant, a citizen of Romania, appeals with the permission of the First-tier Tribunal (‘FTT’) against an FTT decision promulgated on 14 May 2024, dismissing his appeal against the respondent’s refusal of his application for pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (‘EUSS’). That decision was taken without a hearing.
