The sum in issue here was £3,015.64 in relation to some further work on the driveway and retaining wall, charged to Mr Lacy’s account on 21 October 2016. I do not need to go into the decision made by the FTT nor into the appeal because Mr McHugh said at the hearing that the respondent concedes that it is not due. The appeal therefore succeeds on this ground.
