Introduction
Introduction
This is an appeal from a decision of the First-tier Tribunal about liability to pay service charges and the reasonableness of costs incurred, in its jurisdiction under section 27A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. It brings to a close the third set of proceedings between the parties in relation to service charges demanded by the respondent landlord of 2-4 Thurlow Road.
The appellant Mr Lacy presented his own case in the appeal; the respondent freeholder was represented by Mr James McHugh of counsel. I am grateful to them both.
