- Por su parte, el Tribunal Constitucional Peruano en el expediente 04004-2012-PA/TC de 22 de mayo de 2013, refirió que: ‘…a juicio del Tribunal Constitucional, la presente demanda debe desestimarse, pues vía de amparo se pretende que el juez constituc
