Mediante la cual se resuelve la Controversia Constitucional 158/2022 promovida por la Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica en contra del oficio SENER.100/195/2022 del trece de junio de dos mil veintidós emitido por la Titular de la Secretaría de Energía, así como del oficio CENAGAS-UGTP/00434/2022 del veintisiete de junio de dos mil veintidós, emitido por la Jefa de Unidad de Gestión Técnica y Planeación del Centro Nacional de Control del Gas Natural.
