The Applicant’s Contentions
The Applicant’s Contentions
I am satisfied that the Applicant’s failures to comply with the provisions of Practice Direction 54D are such that the application has not been properly made and that there is no basis upon which permission could be granted by this Court.
However, for completeness and to ensure that the Applicant understands what the position would have been had there been a properly made application, I will deal with the points raised on the Applicant’s behalf.
