The SoS signed the GFAs relating to the Cable Street Buildings on 1 March 2024 and the remediation work began thereafter, on 18 March 2024.
The Claimant’s letter before claim was sent on 5 April 2024 and its claim was issued on 9 May 2024.
As set out above, the Phase 2 Report was published on 4 September 2024.
On 10 December 2024, permission to apply for judicial review was granted by Lang J in respect of all grounds save for those comprising allegations of bad faith.
