Subject to clause 3.2, the Policy will commence on the Inception Date.

The Policy will not incept and no Participating Insurer will have any liability under it unless and until all Participating Insurers have signed and dated the Policy.

The Policyholder has paid the Premium which is nonrefundable irrespective of the outcome of the Case.
