Termination of Litigation Funding Agreement

5.1

If a notice of termination is issued by the Policyholder or Claimant pursuant to the terms of the Litigation Funding Agreement, the Policyholder must give 5 days prior written notice of termination of the Litigation Funding Agreement becoming effective to:

5.1.1

the Insurer; and

5.1.2

if a Security Instrument has been issued, the Opponent.

Reimbursement and offset

6.1.

Any offset or reimbursement owed to the Insurer under this Policy shall be paid within 14 days of the Insurer making the payment.
