Conclusions
Conclusion
The First-tier Tribunal in this case directed itself properly on the central issue of law and provided a clear and adequate explanation of why it had reached the decision it had. Its decision reveals no material error of law. Accordingly, I must dismiss the Appellant’s appeal to the Upper Tribunal (section 11 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007).
