Conclusion
Having considered but dismissed each of the Appellant’s three grounds of appeal, I therefore conclude that the decision of the First-tier Tribunal does not involve any material error of law. I accordingly refuse the appeal. The decision of the First-tier Tribunal stands (Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, section 11). My decision is also as set out above.
