Conclusions
The SDJ was entitled to conclude on the evidence that the Applicant is not at real risk of being detained in contravention of Article 3 ECHR or in contravention of Article 14 ECHR and that it would not be oppressive due to his physical or mental condition to extradite him. The SDJ’s conclusions were not wrong. I refuse permission to appeal.
