This is a rolled-up permission/appeal hearing, in relation to a decision of Senior District Judge Goldspring (“the SDJ”). The SDJ ordered the Applicant's case to be sent to the Secretary of State pursuant to section 87(3) of the Extradition Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”). The Secretary of State then ordered the Applicant's extradition to the United States of America.
