The second appellant faced the following additional allegations:
“4. On 26 September 2019 you submitted your annual appraisal form within which you stated that you had ‘nothing to declare’ in relation to ‘suspensions, restrictions on practice or being subject to an investigation of any kind since [your] last appraisal.
5. You knew the declaration referred to at paragraph 4 above to be untrue in that you knew you were under investigation by the General Medical Council.
6. Your actions at paragraph 4 were dishonest by reason of paragraph 5.”
