Mr Holloway’s application to search and review the data from Mr Hazlehurst’s phone
Also on 19 January 2024 Mr Holloway applied for an order permitting him to search and review the data imaged from Mr Hazlehurst’s phone using keywords proposed by Mr Holloway’s solicitors to Mr Hazlehurst on 29 December 2023. This application was originally listed for hearing on 22 March 2024, but it was not until after Mr Hazlehurst was able to instruct solicitors in April 2024, as explained below, that agreement could be reached with respect to it. Eventually a consent order was made on 6 June 2024 which provided for CYFOR to carry out the search.
