The contempt application
On 21 August 2024 Mold issued an application for committal of Mr Holloway and Mr Jacques for contempt of court on the grounds of alleged breaches of the Freezing Order. On 12 December 2024 Richard Smith J gave directions for the determination of this application, but it remains to be determined.
