The Second Claimant (Orchard House) is a property development company which was incorporated on 25 May 2015. The First Claimant (Mr Lomax) is the sole director of Orchard House. At all material times he was the controlling mind of the company.
The First Defendant (Mrs Dimelow) and the Second Defendant (Ms Dimelow) (together the Defendants) are mother and daughter respectively. At all material times, they were the registered freehold owners of a property known as Mount View Farm, Wrexham Road, Malpas, Cheshire SY14 7EJ, and of the adjoining land (the Farm).
