The documentary evidence was in the 313-page Upper Tribunal bundle, which we refer to as the bundle. We also received a skeleton argument from Mr Serr, counsel, on behalf of the DBS, dated 19 August 2024 and a six-page undated statement from JC on the day of the hearing which summarised his case.
