22. The relevant legal provisions concerned with the giving of notice are contained within s.4(1) of the Immigration Act 1971 and 2000 Order as amended by the Immigration (Leave to Enter and Remain) Amendment Order 2013 (SI 2013/1749) with effect from 12 July 2013. The latter deals with the provision of notice of decisions not subject to appeal to the First-tier Tribunal under the NIA Act 2002 such as the decision in this case to curtail the applicant’s leave but not with immediate effect.
