As contemplated under the MTD, Hoffman issued notes under the Fairymead Note Programme in Tranches together with Pricing Supplements specific to each Tranche, which incorporated Supplemental Trust Deeds. A subsidiary of GCUK distributed notes issued by Hoffman and arranged for them to be issued and placed with Euroclear, the central securities depository.
