[1997] 2 FLR 100, Wilson J said:-“The effect of the forum provisions in the prenuptial agreement is that the parties themselves created a categorical and exclusive connection between the wife’s now intended financial litigation and New York. In non-matrimonial proceedings in England, effect will generally be given to a contractual choice of jurisdiction; and I believe that, in the balance of fairness under paragraph 9, it must go significantly into the scales”.63.In
