The evidence was that this claim could only be made if it could be shown that mirrors had been installed and then taken down so that they could not subsequently be reused. There was no credible evidence of such a condition. There was no evidence of mirrors damaged either as a consequence of the second inundation or as a result of the strip out works. Accordingly this item is disallowed. xi)
