Oral Evidence of Dr Fatah
12. In oral evidence Dr Fatah attested to the accuracy of his written reports and expanded further on matters set out therein. He referred to the evidence already provided as to the documents an Iraqi national is required to produce to the Iraqi consulate in London in order to obtain a laissez-passer. A laissez-passer is not a recognised form of identity document in Iraq . A recognised Iraqi identity document is required in order to move around Iraq and access services there. 13.
