The Land
The Land
The land for the project had been acquired by Mr Kazolides and Mr Stylianou through another company called Intelitalk Limited.
The land was subsequently transferred from Intelitalk Limited to the Company. In return, the Company recorded in its books a loan liability to each of Mr Kazolides and Mr Stylianou.
Currency
At the point that the JVA and SJVA (as defined below) were entered, Cyprus had its own currency, the Cypriot Pound. On 1 January 2008, Cyprus joined the euro.
