Goodman v Gallant
[1996] 2 WLR 236 as to the law in relation to joint tenants as compared to tenants in common. I entirely accept that, until severance of a joint tenancy, each tenant has the whole but, upon severance, each has an aliquot part (a half or less) according to the number of joint tenants. I am not, however, sure that this takes me much further in this case.
