As set out in the third joint statement prepared by the experts, CICS programs can access IMS APIs using an EXEC DLI command. The CICS translator converts EXEC DLI commands to the relevant programming language source code, including parameters passed to a CICS stub bound with the load module.

The claim and issues are the same as those set out above in respect of the Paragraph 11.3 claim at Item 3 above. Accordingly, my findings and conclusions are the same as for Item 3 above.
