In this context I accept F’s evidence at paragraph 5 of his Statement of 2^nd May 2025 that B has said to him “when am I going to Portugal?”. I accept this evidence because although it is disputed by M, she does accept (as she is recorded as having said to Ms. Veitch at paragraph 51 of the Cafcass report) that B at times has said she wants to go to Portugal (albeit M says this is said by her to please F).
