With this caveat and conscious that I express any view with considerable diffidence as (either way) I will be disagreeing with judges of the greatest experience and influence, I likewise find Mostyn J’s analysis in ES v LS (Abduction: Settlement) to be persuasive as I do Harrison J’s observations in Re G and B (Children) (Abduction: Settlement: Grave Risk: Ukraine) at [54].
