M’s assertion at paragraph 96 of her Statement that “I do not have anywhere to live in Portugal” is not correct. In her email of 19^th January 2025 to which I have referred above she refers to having a “home base” in Portugal. I understand that M’s property is approximately an hour and a half away from F.
