El Sobreseimiento Procederá En Primera Y Segunda Instancia
"Artículo 104. El perdón del ofendido o su representante legal ante el Juez, Magistrado o ante notario público o la conciliación, extingue la acción penal cuando concurran los requisitos siguientes:

- De La Atenta Literalidad De Dicho Precepto En La Parte Transcrita Se Infiere
- Tribunal Superior De Justicia
- Artículo El Sobreseimiento Procederá En Los Casos Siguientes
- El Sobreseimiento Procederá En Primera Y Segunda Instancia
- I Que El Delito Se Persiga Por Querella De Parte
- Iv Que La Conciliación Se Obtenga Hasta Antes De Que Cause Ejecutoria La Sentencia Dictada
- Ahora Bien El Artículo Fracción I Del Código Penal Para El Estado De Nayarit Establece
- Xvi Despojo De Inmuebles Y Aguas
- A Deje Sin Efectos La Sentencia Reclamada
- C Atento A Lo Que Ambos Determinen Proceda Como Corresponda
- Por Lo Anteriormente Expuesto Y Fundado Es De Resolverse Y Se Resuelve
