Case Nos: IL-2023-000080 and IL-2024-000038 - [2025] EWHC 2561 (Ch)

A narrow argument on limitation was pleaded in the Defence and Counterclaim. It was that any claim by RMG pertaining to consultations of the PAF before 28 March 2018, said to have been about 63,163 in number, is barred by limitation. RMG makes no claim in respect of any act by the defendants which was no more than a consultation. As mentioned above, I refused the defendants’ late application to broaden their claim to rely on limitation in a larger sense.
