Ms. Kumar referred me to the letter of an Australian immigration lawyer, Mr. Michael Kah, dated 30^th May 2025 which it was said “has been obtained by M to illustrate to the court the precarious position M finds herself in, in respect of her immigration status in Australia”. She stated that it was understood that F’s solicitors had not objected to this report save that they asked for the documents which were sent to the lawyer, which were provided by M’s solicitors.
