There is also I believe one inaccuracy in Dr. Kolkiewicz’s report when she stated that M’s current immigration status “precludes her from working and living independently in Australia which would be a significant limitation to her parenting ability”. I understand that M can work in Australia and also live independently of F (by which I mean separate from) notwithstanding that she was a secondary applicant on the current Skills in Demand visa.As such the “limitation” on M’s parenting ability may (but I accept it is no more than may) be less than Dr. Kolkiewicz considered was likely to be the case.
