As set out earlier in this decision, Formwise entered into a Sale and Leaseback deal with its SSAS under which it agreed to transfer certain IP to the SSAS for £145,000 and the SSAS agreed to lease the IP back for monthly payments of £2,300. The IP had been valued by Savile at £145,000.
